Refund Policy

After your order is placed and our designers starts drawing, it is not possible to edit or cancel it due to all orders are personalized. If you have any questions about your order you can contact us at geral.nalastyle@gmail.com

Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellations

  • As our designers starts to work as soon as your order it is placed, it is not possible to make a full refund even if it hasn't been produced. 
  • We can only offer you a partial refund, as Digital design's price (35$) will be deducted from the full refund, as work has already been put in.
  • If your order has been produced it is not possible to make any type of refund.
  • If for some reason you would like a new design from a different photo, you will be charged $15 per new photo as we will need to start a new drawing.

Damaged Products

  • For all products that arrive damaged we send a replacement and no questions asked. To be eligible you just need to send photos of the damaged parts.
  • Please note our refund policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your product was delivered, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange even if your product is damaged.

Haven't received any emails from us after purchasing?

  • Make sure the email of your order is correct, as you need to approve your design in order for us to start the production of your order.
  • If you did not receive any email from us after 5 working days of purchasing, please contact us and check your spam folder as well. If you don't get any response within 48 working hours it is likely that emails are getting bounced back, so please contact us using a different email address so we can send you the digital proof.

Additional information

  • We cannot guarantee delivery dates and accept no responsibility, apart from advising you of any known delays, for products that are delivered after the estimated delivery date. The delivery times listed on the website is only an average estimation, and some deliveries can take longer, or alternatively be delivered much faster. 
  • We do online proofing and offer unlimited revisions before shipment.
