- Design Creation: After received your photo, our designers will start to draw a unique Line Art Design just for you.

Preview and Approval: You'll receive an email to preview your design - feel free to approve it or request changes. As soon as you approve your design, we will produce your order.

- Production: Your design will be embroidered with high quality threads. Our producers use satin stitch to give a delicate feel on top for a premium texture.

- Shipping: After production, your order will be carefully prepared for shipping. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for detailed delivery times.

Average Turnaround Time:

- Design Creation: 1 –3 days

- Production: 2-4 business days

Shipping: 5–8 business days
